This is a technical, hands-on role for someone who knows iTrent inside out and can take ownership of how the system operates day to day.Key responsibilitiesConfigure and develop iTrent modules and workflowsBuild and maintain access rules, security settings and permissionsCarry out structured testing before changes go liveTroubleshoot system issues and liaise with MHR when neededManage upgrades and ongoing system administrationProduce user guides and process documentationMaintain data quality, GDPR compliance and audit readinessWhat we are looking forStrong hands-on iTrent configuration and development experience - this is essentialSolid understanding of iTrent workflows, access controls and security settingsKnowledge of GDPR, data governance and audit requirementsUnderstanding of HR processes and how these translate into system designExperience working within a charity, health or public sector organisation is desirableAbility to communicate system changes clearly to non-technical colleaguesThis role requires direct iTrent experience.
