We have two factories and three warehouses in Rochester, Kent, one manufacturing site and corporate office in India, and a Sales and Distribution team in the USA. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills as well as being responsible for ensuring that all team members work efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of food production and customer satisfaction. Duties To ensure the products are stored and moved correctly, safely and in line with company standards. Maintain full warehouse utilisation by planning racking space and floor space, seeking advice from the Operations Manager or Supply Chain Manager if in doubt. To manage stock returns into the warehouse, including documentation, QA clearance and liaising with Customer Service/Supply Chain to ensuring proper recording on the system. To ensure all incoming raw material is labelled correctly and relocated according to instruction from the Rice buying team. To always ensure the safety of oneself and others and adhere to good health and safety practice.
