The successful candidate will provide targeted support to help pupils manage emotions, overcome barriers to learning, and engage positively with school life. This is a rewarding role suited to someone who is passionate about supporting young people who may present with challenging behaviour.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH needs.Assist in the delivery of personalised learning plans and behaviour support strategies.Encourage positive behaviour, emotional resilience, and social skills development.Support pupils with classroom activities, academic tasks, and curriculum engagement.Use de-escalation techniques and restorative approaches when required.Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, acting as a positive role model.Work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral staff, and external professionals.Contribute to progress monitoring, safeguarding notes, and behaviour logs.Support wider school activities and therapeutic interventions.Desired ExperienceExperience in any of the following roles is beneficia
