These positions are available on both ongoing contract and temp-to-perm opportunities.The Role:Working within a fast-paced production environment, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles and components for the paint process, including surface preparation and shot blasting duties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.Key Responsibilities:Preparing surfaces for painting including sanding, masking, filling, and cleaningCarrying out shot blasting on components and metal surfacesSurface preparation work on commercial vehicles and associated partsInspecting surfaces prior to paint applicationUsing hand and power tools safely and effectivelyEnsuring all work meets quality standards and production deadlinesMaintaining a clean and organised work areaFollowing all health and safety proceduresRequirements:Previous paint prepping or shot blasting experience is essentialExperience within automotive, commercial vehicle, or manufacturing environments preferredGood attention to detail and quality standardsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong work ethic and reliable attitudeGood understanding of health and safety proceduresShift Details:Day shiftOvertime may be availableContract Type:Ongoing contracts a
