As the Assistant Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the panel workshop and panel wiremen, including apprentices.Key Responsibilities:Conduct stock takes and yearly stock take auditsMaintain stock levels, order supplies, and manage kitsDemonstrate a basic understanding of electrical principlesLiaise with directors, office colleagues, and other stakeholdersMaintain workshop standards and housekeepingLayout back panels to specificationUnderstand electrical circuits/diagrams and follow wire to circuit drawingsPerform point-to-point/dead testing, functional testing, and live testingPrepare panels for delivery and pickupMonitor health and safety within the panel workshopQualifications and Experience:Previous experience in a supervisor role within a panel workshopStrong knowledge of electrical components and electrical principlesFamiliarity with relevant industry terminology, standards, and regulationsExcellent numerical and analytical skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyEffective communication and interpersonal skillsIf you have the necessary skills and experience to excel as the Assistant Workshop Supervisor, we encourage you to apply.
