Planning Solicitor needed in Nuneaton Paying £50 per hr ref 5275184Full time hours on a temporarybasisWe are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Planning Solicitor to lead a detailed audit of Section 106 Agreements made under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. This role involves analysing financial contributions received through these agreements and working closely with finance professionals to reconcile and report on their application.This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with planning law expertise to contribute to strategic development and financial transparency in a dynamic, client-focused environment.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct a comprehensive audit of Section 106 Agreements and associated financial contributions.Analyse and report on the status of contributions, including drawdowns and offsets.Collaborate with finance teams to assess balance sheet activity and ensure accurate reconciliation.Provide legal advice on planning obligations and related matters.Ensure all work is delivered in line with equal opportunities principles and with a strong customer care ethos.
