Quality Manager Harrogate area Global Manufacturer seek a proactive Quality Manager to lead and manage standards, resolving manufacturing and quality issues with a strong understanding of core quality tools and a focus on continuous improvement. The role: Pro-actively manage and organise the quality department of 5 to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure the implementation and respect of quality policies and the quality management system Prepare and present quality management reviews. Contribute to project activities to achieve RFQ commitments for quality, cost, and delivery. Define budget for the quality department monthly Review and compliance. Ensure the Performance Improvement Plan for the processes of the plant are correctly done and on time Represent the customer in the plant ensuring their specific requirements are met, problems are dealt with effectively and corrective actions implemented. Ensure compliance with customer requirements from the industrialisation phases Contribute to the process efficiency and plant performance, support processes to build a performance improvement plan in compliance with quality standards Support manufacturing process performance improvement. Participate in project activities D/PFMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA and Audits. Ensure quality tools and manufacturing quality basics of QRQC and 8D.
