Clinical Lead
to be the clinical face of MediShout — leading relationships with senior stakeholders across NHS Trusts, private hospitals, medical device companies and healthcare partners. In this commercial, high-impact role, you will drive platform adoption by combining deep clinical insight with strong stakeholder engagement and strategic thinking. You will focus on ensuring our platform is scaled faster, whilst continuing to deliver clinical impact and operational successes. As Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role within MediShout''s Business Development team, working closely with the CEO, Director of Sales, and Director of Partnerships. Acting as the clinical face of the company, you will lead frontline engagement across NHS Trusts, private hospitals, medical device companies and partners — owning strategic relationships, driving platform adoption, and shaping the future of digital operations in healthcare.You will be responsible for ensuring MediShout continually delivers excellent benefits and value to our customers. From onboarding new hospitals and suppliers, to supporting expansion across departments and geographies, you will lead on frontline digital transformation. The role involves weekly travel to hospitals across the UK (and internationally); to embed yourself in clinical environments and build relationships with key decision-makers.In hospitals, you will work with many departments including Theatres, Clinical Engineering, Sterile Services, Procurement, IT, and Operational Management — listening to frontline teams, identifying challenges, and aligning our solution to local workflows. In partnership with the Director of Partnerships, you will shape and execute MediShout''s hospital strategy. Whilst they focus on procurement and senior commercial relationships, you will lead on clinical engagement, implementation and strategic partnerships. You must act as a change agent to promote our platform across healthcare and spot opportunities for us to improve processes. Your understanding of hospital systems and medical device workflows should help you identify where our platform can integrate with hospital software to improve services.This is a commercial role, and your impact will be measured by how effectively you help the company scale faster through deep clinical engagement, solution implementation, and the successful rollout of our platform to new and existing sites. Excellent presentation skills are paramount. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience working in; theatres, digital health, or med tech. You must thrive working in complex healthcare environments whilst deeply understanding hospital structures and dynamics.Essential Experience and Skills
Clinical Background: Registered or trained in a clinical discipline (e.g. doctor, nurse, ODP, biomedical scientist etc) with a strong grasp of perioperative and theatre workflowsHealthcare Experience: Minimum 5 years working in hospital settings (e.g. theatres, clinical engineering, estates) clinically or with med tech suppliers. Have navigated NHS and private hospital structures and senior stakeholdersDigital Transformation: Minimum 2 years experience delivering digital technologies in hospital settings. Able to map user needs to practical workflows and technology solutionsStakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build trust with multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians, procurement leads, estates teams, sterile services, and biomedical engineers — across both NHS and private hospitalsSenior Stakeholder Management: Comfortable influencing senior hospital leaders and non-clinical decision-makers (e.g. directors in procurement and commercial teams)Commercial Acumen: Can evidence experience where you have articulated product value, adapted messaging to varied audiences, and delivered product demonstrations; all leading to quantifiable commercial successesCommunication and Sales Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence in pitching, public speaking, and leading tailored product demonstrations and presentations at hospitals or conferencesStrategic Thinking: Able to connect frontline insights to broader commercial or product strategy and contribute to identifying opportunities for growth or integrationTravel Flexibility: Willing and able to travel weekly to hospitals across the UK and internationallyDesirable Experience and Skills
Familiarity with Hospital Software: Knowledge on software used for engineering, asset management, sterile services, procurementMed-Tech Industry Knowledge: Understand how medical device companies operate; sales, customer support to engineersStart-Up Experience: Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where agility and collaboration is keyProcurement and Innovation Experience: Exposure to hospital procurement, innovation and digital transformation teams and programmesInformation Governance Awareness: Familiar with UK GDPR, Caldicott Principles, DSPT, clinical safety standards, ISO 27001 or equivalentCharacteristics Required
