What Youandrsquo;ll Do:
andbull; Work directly with pupils with a range of SEND, supporting their learning and development.
andbull; Assist in delivering individual education plans (IEPs) and bespoke learning activities.
andbull; Help students build essential skills, confidence, and independence.
andbull; Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to track progress and adapt strategies.
andbull; Foster a positive, calm, and inclusive classroom environment.

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
andbull; Experience working with children with SEND (including SEMH, autism, or other additional needs) is a plus but not essential.
andbull; Patience, empathy, and a kind, nurturing attitude toward supporting children.
andbull; Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
andbull; Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and student wellbeing.
