An exciting opportunity has arisen to join my client, a well established, and growing organisation as an order processing administrator. 

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 11:00am - 8:00pm 

Duties to include: 

• Take customer orders and deal with queries.
• Deal with telephone calls and enter orders onto the computer.
• Order required products
• Deal with customer queries in a courteous manner.
• Ensure all messages are passed onto the relevant departments.
• If mistakes occur you are to report the fault to the office supervisor and transport manager.
• Liaise with drivers to ensure customer satisfaction.
