Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward (KFH) is recruiting for a Lettings Property Manager to join the Property Management team in Wimbledon.At KFH we are looking for a property manager to join our Property Management team in Wimbledon. Do you have experience working as a residential property manager? Do you excel in forming and developing strong relationships with customers and colleagues? We are looking for an individual who can collaborate with others, share knowledge and skills, and help drive improvements and legacy.Responsibilities

Management of a portfolio of properties relating to one or two branchesWork with the branch to prepare properties for a new tenanciesSupervise tenants maintenance requestsEnsure properties meet their regulatory and statutory requirementsVisit properties at least twice a yearOversee refurbishment and other larger worksNegotiate the swift return of depositsDeliver excellent customer service and communicationBuild trusted relationships with colleagues, landlords, tenants and contractorsRequirements / Qualifications

Experience as a residential property manager is preferred. We value the ability to collaborate with others, share knowledge and skills, and build long-term relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors. You will report into our Head of Lettings Management.Company and Diversity
