Production Support EngineerSalary depending upon experienceHavantFull Time Permanent Monday to FridayDo you have experience in in sheet metal / light alloy fabrication in an engineering role?Do you have experience in producing BOMs and Routings for products within a manufacturing environment?We are recruiting a Production Support Engineer to join the team.The main purpose of this role is to this role supports production with new product introduction, project requirements and continuous improvement including design changes, drawings, programming and process improvementsIn return, we are offering a salary depending upon experience, plus a 1pm finish every Friday, a production annual bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.This is a full-time, permanent role. The hours of work will be Monday Thursday 08 30 and Friday 08 00.Reporting to the Engineering Team Leader your responsibilities will include: Produce programs for NC punch and machining centres.Produce call-off lists for both products and components modelling special / new parts as required.Create bills of materials and process routings on Baan, including ordering special materials / components.Assist with investigating and implementing design change requests and concessions.Support the Shop Floor Manager with continuous improvement projectsSupport the Engineering Team Leader scheduling PPM requirements for all machines and tooling used in the factory.
