Provide one-on-one or small group support to pupils, promoting their engagement and participation in lessons. Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring all pupils feel safe, supported, and valued. Monitor and track pupils'' progress, documenting outcomes and providing feedback to teachers and parents as appropriate. Participate in training and ongoing professional development to enhance support strategies for SEND pupils.
