Our client is seeking a Test Technician to help test and verify automated machinery in a factory setting. You will follow set test procedures, record results, and report any issues to ensure machines work correctly.

Responsibilities -

• Carry out machine tests using pre-written protocols.

• Complete test reports and document results.

• Report faults, deviations, and failures during testing.

• Work with customer teams during factory and on-site testing.

• Maintain and calibrate test equipment.

Required Skills and Experience of-the Test Technician

• Engineering qualification (apprenticeship, HNC/HND, or similar).

• Good knowledge of automated machinery and equipment.

• Experience with formal testing procedures.

• Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Desirables -

• Experience with production lines and machinery commissioning.

• Previous experience testing automated equipment.

• Detail-oriented and methodical.

• Clear communicator.

• Quick learner who works well independently and in teams.

• Patient and self-motivated.
