Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and imaginative Drama Teacher to deliver exceptional lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5. The ideal candidate will inspire a love of theatre and performance, helping students to grow in confidence and creativity. The role also includes contributing to a thriving programme of school productions, drama clubs, and wider co-curricular opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Teach dynamic and engaging Drama lessons from KS3 to KS5 in line with the school’s high standards

Direct and support school productions and showcase performances

Encourage student participation in local and national drama opportunities and festivals

Monitor student progress, offering constructive feedback and tailored support

Work collaboratively within the Arts Department to enhance the creative curriculum

Promote the values of confidence, self-expression, and collaboration

What We’re Looking For

A degree in Drama or a related discipline
-
QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification

Experience teaching Drama up to KS5 (applications from ECTs are welcome)

A deep passion for the performing arts and inspiring girls through creative education

Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage
