As the Finance Manager you will report to the Head of Finance – London Operations and be responsible for a number of high profile contracts. As a

Finance Manager , you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our catering and client services, ensuring accuracy, efficiency. If you have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for the catering industry, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Operate in a finance business partner role, supporting Operations Directors to manage their business to achieve ambitious financial targetsUse trend analysis and forecasting techniques to highlight risk and opportunity in a timely manner to maximise benefit to the businessProvide support and training to operational teams to ensure Operations Managers and Location Managers can maximise the operational efficiency of their teams and contractsIdentify and implement initiatives to deliver sustainable operational improvementsControl the month end process and providing timely and informative financial and operational information to both internal and external stakeholdersWork effectively as part of a team of 10 finance business partnersInternal annual budget setting for region and overheads

Qualifications

A lively, outgoing personalityQualified /Part qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA)Proven ability to work with, and analyse big data setsExperience of operating in a multi-site retail business, ideally within a food service/ catering environment but this isn’t essentialA motivated, self-starter with a pro-active approach to workExcellent written and verbal communication skills – must be comfortable interacting across all levels of the business in formal and informal environmentsExcellent Excel skillsStrong commercial mind-setA passion for delivering improvement
