Stock Condition Surveyor / EPC Assessor (6-Month Project in Soho) Boden is partnering with a leading consultancy on a large-scale project in the heart of Soho.We are seeking several Stock Condition Surveyors to conduct thousands of condition surveys and EPC assessments across the area. This is a contract opportunity with the potential for an extension. Role and Responsibilities: Carry out detailed stock condition surveys on residential properties. Conduct EPC assessments as required. Record all data accurately using a handheld device or tablet. Work efficiently to meet project deadlines. What We''re Looking For: Proven experience as a Stock Condition Surveyor. Familiarity with the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS). Proficiency in using handheld devices for data collection. Excellent attention to detail.
