Chef Manager - London Up to £40,000 per annum (DOE) 5 days over 7 including evenings and weekends A DBS will be required for this role. We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager to join our Eurest team at Eurostar based in London. Services include: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Vending, Hospitality, Retail and Coffee Shop. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead by example in the preparation, presentation, and service of all food in line with company and brand standards. Ensure all kitchen and front of house operations comply with company and statutory Food Safety, Health and Safety, and Hygiene requirements. Maintain and update all Food Safety and Health and Safety documentation to audit-ready standards. Manage, train, and develop the catering team to achieve excellence in food quality, service delivery, and compliance. Oversee menu planning, ensuring seasonal, cost-effective, and customer-focused offerings. Control and monitor stock, wastage, and portion management to achieve targeted GP and budget goals. Ensure all compulsory training is completed by the team and compliance records are up to date. Proactively upsell products and promote new menu items to enhance customer experience and sales. Take responsibility for all cash handling and profit protection procedures within the unit. Ensure allergen management and labelling compliance at all times.
