You ll ensure all engineering systems spanning miniloads, shuttles, sorters, conveyors, and more adhere to UK legislation, safety standards, and performance benchmarks.This is a pivotal role, working closely with suppliers, the engineering team, and operational leads to protect uptime, minimise risk, and foster a safety-first culture.What You ll Be Doing: Define and lead the maintenance, upgrade, and renewal strategy for automated systems to optimise performance, availability, and safety.Develop and manage t
