Job Title: Assessor - Electrical InstallationsWe are seeking a competent and motivated Electrical Installations Assessor to join our wonderful college. The successful candidate will manage and support a caseload of apprentices, guiding them through their NVQ qualification, portfolio development, and End Point Assessment, while maintaining strong employer relationships and high standards of quality and compliance.About the Role: Manage a caseload of Electrical Installation apprentices, supporting them through their NVQ qualification and portfolio development.Conduct workplace assessments and deliver classroom-based support where required, monitoring, reviewing, and recording apprentice progress in line with awarding body and college requirements.Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with employers to support apprentice development and to help progress full-time learners into apprenticeships.Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and records, working closely with Apprentice Coaches and curriculum teams to ensure timely achievement and completion of qualifications.Keep up to date with current industry standards, awarding body requirements, and Health and Safety legislation, continually developing personal professional expertise and contributing to business development initiatives where appropriate.Prepare and guide apprentices through End Point Assessment (EPA), ensuring they are fully ready and confident to achieve successful outcomes.Demonstrate flexibility
