We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and well-established preschool in Bicester that is seeking a Deputy Manager to join its dedicated team. As Deputy Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the preschool, helping to maintain outstanding standards of care, education and safeguarding. You will work closely with the leadership team to support staff development, ensure compliance with EYFS requirements and build positive relationships with children and families.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within an Early Years leadership role and possess a strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding responsibilities and nursery operations. You will be an organised, approachable and dependable leader who enjoys supporting others and contributing to a positive team culture.

This role is offered on a term-time-only basis, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3:30pm. The setting offers a competitive salary from -16.00 per hour depending on experience, four weeks paid holiday, pension scheme, bonus scheme, free on-site parking and ongoing training and career development opportunities.
