Temp to perm Hours: Sunday to Thursday 3pm-11:30pm - Friday and Saturday Off every week! Location: Bicester OX26 Job Type: Ongoing with an opportunity for permanent for the right candidate The role: Sort and organise incoming parcels accurately and efficiently based on designated routes and destinations. Operate conveyor belts, scanners, and other equipment to facilitate the sorting process. Ensure proper labelling and categorisation of parcels to prevent errors in delivery. Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet deadlines. Identify damaged parcels and follow company protocols for proper handling and documentation. Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles, optimising space utilisation. Maintain a clean and organised work area to uphold safety and efficiency standards. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security. Requirements: Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or parcel sorting is preferred but not required. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift packages of varying weights. Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate sorting and labelling of parcels. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Team player with excellent communication
