Set objectives and distribute tasks across the team appropriately ensuring team members skills are applied effectively, and individuals capabilities are developed. Guide/coach/motivate team members to help them achieve their optimum performance levels and develop their careers. Develop the functional operation of the team to improve effectiveness/efficiency. Implement working methods/devise appropriate standard ways of working as appropriate.
