We are seeking a caring, patient, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and inclusive Primary School based in Benfleet, Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dedicated team committed to helping every child reach their full potential.

The Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and the schools SENCO to support children with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including those with Autism, ADHD, and Speech & Language difficulties.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-to-one and small group support
- Helping to adapt learning materials to meet individual needs
- Supporting the emotional, social, and academic development of pupils
- Working collaboratively with parents, carers, and external professionals
- Contributing to a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN (in school or a similar setting)
- A calm, patient, and positive approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desirable but not essential)
