Freelance Assistant Site Manager / Site Supervisor Main Contractor within the Construction sector have a requirement for an Assistant Site Manager / Supervisor. £10M part refurbishment / part new build student accommodation project on Commercial Road, E1 to be built over 70 weeks. The project has just started. Reporting into a Site Manager, they are looking for a proactive individual with a can do attitude with some experience in construction. Must possess a CSCS Card, SSSTS and First Aid as a minimum, or 2 out of the 3 and prepared to get the other. Previous experiencing managing logistics, deliveries, traffic management would be preferable. An excellent opportunity for someone to be on a project for the duration under the wing of 2 very experience people who will be happy to develop your skills. Immediate requirement. Day Rate £220 - £230 per day.
