This is an excellent opportunity for junior candidates with experience in FI or PI claims to join a high-performing team, offering strong support, clear progression pathways, and ongoing development.Key responsibilitiesHandle FI and Management Liability claims in line with internal claims and reserving philosophies.Deliver a customer-focused approach through timely service and clear, professional communication with brokers and insureds.Contribute to team KPIs, proactively identifying areas for improvement and sharing feedback with Claims Managers.Work with managing agents and service providers across multiple jurisdictions.Collaborate with colleagues, sharing insights and best practice across the team.Provide feedback on claims trends, policy wordings and renewal considerations to Claims Managers and underwriters.Build and maintain strong broker relationships, acting on feedback to enhance service delivery.Report on key claim developments, trends and significant notifications.Skills and experiencePrevious experience handing claims in Professional or Financial Lines, with an understanding of the London Market preferable.Demonstrate strong written and spoken communication skills.Demonstrate strong team work.Possess strong independent organisational skills.Have good IT (Microsoft Office) skills, including Word, Excel, Access and Outl
