The Role We are recruiting for a Centre Manager (Maternity Cover) to take ownership of a flagship workspace in Birmingham. As Centre Manager, you will be the face of the centre and the primary point of contact for members, guests, and visitors. Reporting into senior operations leadership, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding member experience while overseeing day-to-day operations, community engagement, and service standards. You will lead an on-site team and work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure the space is vibrant, welcoming, and commercially successful.
