The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering a full range of building surveying services while supporting junior team members and contributing to business growth.Key Responsibilities: Act as Project/Intermediate Building Surveyor on a variety of projects from inception to completion, including feasibility reports, specifications, procurement, and contract administration.Manage projects to ensure quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.Collaborate with internal and external consultants to ensure integrated project documentation.Liaise with relevant authorities on building regulations, planning applications, and listed building consents.Attend site meetings as Lead Consultant/Project Surveyor, including Pre-Start and Project Meetings.Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing technical and financial advice throughout projects.Assist with the development and mentoring of junior team members.Promote the consultancy''s services to existing and new clients, contributing to business growth.Uph
