The ITV Studios UK division operates a partnering-led finance structure, reporting into the Finance Director - ITV Studios UK. This structure is supported by the Studios UK Finance Hub, a centralised finance function providing analytical support, accounting and reporting and the Production Finance Hub providing production finance support across Scripted and Unscripted productions.The role

We’re excited to offer three permanent Finance Analyst positions within the newly established Studios UK Finance Hub. Each role has its unique focus but shares a common goal: delivering high-impact financial insights, forecasting, accounting, and reporting that empower Finance Business Partners and stakeholders across ITV Studios UK. Reporting to the Senior Finance Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving accuracy, efficiency, and strategic decision-making within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Some of your key day-to-day responsibilities will include:Deliver timely, accurate, and relevant management information, ensuring data quality and meaningful metrics that drive business decisionsSupport finance planning cycles by preparing actuals, budgets, and forecasts in partnership with FPandA Business Leads for Divisional FPandA and Business Review submissionsDrive continuous improvement by working with the Senior Finance Analyst to enhance processes, reporting, and analytics, identifying and resolving data issues within a controlled change frameworkEither:Prepare month-end revenue and cost of sales data, ensuring adherence to IFRS 15 revenue recognition and maintaining clear documentation and audit trailsTrack and assess development spend against plans using efficient workflow and reporting tools, collaborating with Finance Business Partners and FPandA leadsManage billing and third-party payment processing, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and proper setup of contracts and off-system billingPrepare and process secondary revenue streams, working closely with stakeholders to ensure transparency and accuracy in revenue forecasts and reportingOr:Work with the GFO to create overhead journals at month-end close to ensure transactions are recorded accurately. Maintain clear documentation and audit trails for all journal entries, organised and accessible for reviewCollate and report on staff costs working with HR and the Finance community to optimise Oracle HCM usage, providing insightful and user-friendly reportingPrepare and load all allocations and recharges, ensuring the calculations are accurate and reconcile to the transactions entered into the Oracle planning toolPrepare recoveries reporting, to ensure full visibility of staff utilisation, working closely with FPandA Business Leads and production teamsSkills you’ll need (minimum criteria)

Proven experience in a Finance Analyst role or equivalentSolid understanding of accounting and financial concepts, including revenue recognitionSkilled in analysing and reporting financial and operational data, with the ability to handle large data sets from multiple sourcesExperience with budget preparation, rolling forecasts, and identifying underlying variances and issuesPart qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or equivalent experience consideredOther things we’re looking for (key criteria)

Confident team player able to build effective relationships across all seniority levelsStrong ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet tight deadlinesWell organised, proactive, with excellent attention to detail and a results-driven mindsetHigh proficiency in Excel and Google SuiteWorking knowledge of Oracle Fusion suite would be an advantageExperience working in the television production industry is desirableWe’re not able to confirm application volume in advance.
