A client of ours in the Colchester area are recruiting a Bookkeeper and Payroll Clerk to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and paying 13.00 - 16.00 per hour depending on experience.Key Duties include but are not limited to:Using Sage Payroll to run payroll for more than 50 clients, mostly monthlyMonthly returns for CIS.Completion of VAT returns/ management accounts, mostly quarterly but some monthlyReconciliationsInputting/checking data for clientsSkills and Experience required to be considered for this Bookkeeper and Payroll Clerk position:Proficient in using Xero, Quickbooks and Sage accountingExperience within accountancy, payroll or bookkeepingExperience in dealing with multiple clientsProactiveConfident and strong communication skillsGood at working within a small teamIf you feel like you meet the above criteria and would like to be considered for this Bookkeeper and Payroll Clerk position, please apply with your CV and contact Katie at Prime Appointments for a confidential chat.
