Production Operative (PM Shift)
Location: Kingswinford
Shift: Monday to Friday, 2pm – 10pm
Pay: £12.77 – £13.27 per hour (DOE)
 
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established steel manufacturer in Kingswinford, seeking Production Operatives to join their PM shift team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills and grow within a supportive, long-term role. Key Responsibilities:

- Operating machinery to process and finish steel products
- Loading/unloading materials and maintaining workflow
- Conducting quality checks and adhering to production standards
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets

 
Requirements:

- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (steel or heavy industry experience desirable)
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good timekeeping and reliability
