The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and highly respected food manufacturer in Wolverhampton. As the Late Shift Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing operations during non-traditional working hours, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and productivity. Key Responsibilities: Oversee production and operational activities from Tuesday to Friday (3:30pm 10:30pm) and Saturday (6am 12pm). Ensure compliance with all technical and food safety standards. Lead and develop a high-performing team to maintain operational excellence. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance processes. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency. Maintain a strong focus on health and safety and regulatory compliance. What We re Looking For: Experience in the meat industry is essential understanding of processes, regulations, and industry challenges. Technical management experience is a must previous experience in compliance, audits, and food safety is critical. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively. Problem-solving mindset and ability to
