The company seeks to hire a hands-on Paid Media Specialist responsible for managing a £1m annual spend.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering growth results. This is a hands-on role requiring proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads. You should also understand the role of performance media in the broader marketing strategy and collaborate effectively with the marketing team.Required Skills

Candidates MUST have 2+ years experience with Meta and Google ads. Experience with Amazon and Citrus is desirable but not essential.You MUST have managed campaigns yourself.Ability to be both hands-on and strategic.Entrepreneurial mindset and data-driven approach.What We Offer
