Build new features and ensure excellent code coverage in our testingIdentify performance bottlenecks and improve our code basePropose strategies to migrate us away from legacy systems and keep our platform evolving with current technology standardsOur Tech StackAs a backend engineer, you’ll primarily be working in Scala using the Play framework and persisting data to PostgreSQL. We provision our infrastructure with Terraform and we host on AWS. We keep our code in GitHub and deploy using Github Actions.Your QualificationsLanguages and frameworks are just tools and we believe that with the proper support, these tools present a low barrier for talented engineers. It helps if you’re familiar with the tools we use, but if you’re a talented developer we think we can provide the support to up-skill you.
