Job Summary We are seeking an innovative and HCPC-registered Educational Psychologist to join our growing team. This is a varied and rewarding role, offering the opportunity to work across multiple settings including mainstream and specialist schools, colleges, nurseries, EOTIS, neurodevelopmental assessment services, and residential environments. You will play a key role in supporting children and young people with complex needs, particularly those with SEN and those who are looked after (CLA). Key Responsibilities Work directly with children and young people to understand their needs, strengths, and aspirations Conduct high-quality psychological assessments Collaborate with schools, educators, and parents/carers to implement effective support plans Develop and deliver tailored interventions to support learning, emotional wellbeing, and social development Provide training and workshops on SEN, neurodiversity, trauma, and attachment Produce clear, high-quality, person-centred reports Contribute to service development and promote inclusive practices Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop formulations and intervention plans Contribute to neurodevelopmental assessments (where appropriate and within competency) Qualifications and Skills You will be a qualified Educational Psychologist who: Is registered with the HCPC Experienced working with neurodivergent children and/or children in care Has strong knowledge of SEN, trauma-informed approaches, and attachment theo
