You’ll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to organisations we work with.At BDO, the IT Project and Product Governance Team (formerly Project Management Office) forms part of the wider IT Governance Team in the IT Department. The IT PMO is responsible for the methods and practices around visibility and reporting of status and quality of IT change initiatives. As an IT Project and Product Governance Analyst, you will support the smooth operation and quality assurance of our IT projects and Digital products. You will work closely with Innovation and Project Managers, ensuring that all activities are planned, tracked, and executed to the highest standards.You’ll be able to be yourself; we’ll recognise and value you for who you are and celebrate and reward your contributions to the business. Experience in a PMO or Project/Product Governance roleConfident in presenting information and serving as a source of knowledge and guidanceStrong analytical and conceptual thinking, with effective planning and execution skillsExperience with various methodologies and environments, including Waterfall, Agile, and Product deliverySkilled in using modern Agile planning tools like Azure Boards in Azure DevOpsAbility to identify and analyse alternative solutions to issues and problemsKeen interest in learning and implementing new technologies, including AI and Automation toolsCompetent in data management and reporting using tools such as Office 365 and Power BIWe’re in it togetherMutual support and respect is one of BDO’s core values and we’re proud of our distinctive, people-centred culture.
