Head of Benefits and Pensions Operations (Global) London (Hybrid - 3 days office) £100,000-£130,000 Contract: 9-month FTCThe RoleA senior global leadership role responsible for overseeing benefits and pensions operations across multiple regions during a critical period.You will take ownership of UK and US benefits delivery, lead a global team, and ensure seamless operations while driving strategic alignment, system integration, and improvements across the function.Key ResponsibilitiesLead global benefits and pensions operations across UK, US, and wider regionsOversee annual benefits enrolment (UK and US) and ensure smooth deliveryManage and develop an international teamDrive global alignment of benefits programmes and vendor strategyLead benefits activity within MandA and transformation projectsAct as benefits lead on Workday integration and system changesManage vendor relationships, brokers, and external providersEnsure compliance with global regulations and governance standardsPartner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and senior stakeholdersDeliver strong colleague experience and communication across benefitsThe Ideal CandidateExtensive global benefits and pensions leadership experienceStrong UK and US benefits knowledge (essential)Proven experience managing international teamsBackground in large, complex, multi-region organisationsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience in transformation, MandA, and change environmentsFamiliarity with Workday and benefits
