Looking for a Site Manager to join a leading Property services company on an Planned Maintenance/ Retrofit contract based in Basildon and surrounding areas

• We are after an established Site Manager who has a track record of delivering retrofit/ planned maintenance projects and external works to include, windows, EWI, internal and external decorations
• Can Manage Sub-Contractors and Suppliers to ensure quality control is maintained
• Will Attend pre and post-inspection works and advise on appropriate action and job requirements and assist with design solutions

Previous work on Social housing Retrofit contracts is a must

You will need:

• SMSTS
• First aid
• CSCS card
• NVQ 4 or above is ideal
• UK Driving licence
