They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a few years'' experience who is ready to step into a broader, more accountable role to work in their MandE team. The roleManage commercial aspects of projects from start to finishWork closely with the Commercial Lead while developing autonomyOffice based near Hitchin, with site visits across London / South EastExposure to varied projects - not siloed or repetitive workWhat we''re looking for This role is ideal for someone who already has a strong QS foundation and is looking to step up and take ownership. You don''t need to have MandE experience, just the drive and interest to work in that sector. You will bring:Solid experience in cost control, budgeting and reportingHands-on involvement in valuations, variations and final accountsExperience supporting or leading subcontractor procurement and managementUnderstanding of contract administrationAbility to track project performance and flag commercial risksStrong numerical accuracy with clear, confident communicationMandE e
