We’re looking for a Registered Manager to lead the setup and registration of a 4-bedded EBD home in Chadwell Heath. This is a rare opportunity to shape a service from the ground up, supported by an Area Manager/Responsible Individual with ambitious plans to expand across East London.The Home

– Brand-new, semi-detached 3-floor property with driveway and office/staff space; located just off the high road close to transport, shops, and local amenities; all policies, procedures, and planning already in place.Responsibilities

Take the reins at the pre-registration stage to lead the setup and registration of the home.Shape the environment from the start, including decisions on furniture, layout, and décor.Potentially continue in your current role to provide support on a paid consultancy basis until registration is complete.Occasional on-site presence may be required during the setup period.Lead the service through registration and setup and work with the group’s expansion plans.Qualifications / Requirements

Experienced Registered Manager with a background in EBD or complex needs.Proven track record with Ofsted inspections and service development.Confident in leading a new service through registration and setup.Very experienced Deputy would also be considered.Location and Vision
