Position: Neighbourhood Housing Manager (PO5)Starting salary: £54,360 per annum, rising in annual increments to £57,495 per annum (including Local Weighting).Hybrid workingAbout the Borough

Neighbourhood Housing Management Team provides frontline housing management services to Lambeth tenants, leaseholders and other stakeholders. This includes casework, investigation and resolution of service requests, enquiries, complaints and disputes.About the Role

You will be responsible for the management of Neighbourhood Housing Services and carrying out management functions across key areas. Your team will provide frontline housing management services to Lambeth tenants, leaseholders and other stakeholders, including handling casework, service requests, enquiries, complaints, disputes and estate management.You will effectively manage the resources of a neighbourhood team to ensure services are delivered to defined standards, including regular review and monitoring of performance and setting targets. You will provide guidance, support and leadership to the Seniors and their staff and develop and maintain effective partnership working across the service both internally and externally. You will also lead on the development and delivery of service improvements within the area.This is an excellent opportunity to further your career in housing management.
