Salary: -90 - -100 per day (dependent on experience, including holiday pay)

Primary Teaching Assistant responsibilities:

• Support pupils in the classroom across all primary year groups
• Create and maintain a safe, engaging and positive learning environment
• Assist with behaviour regulation using restorative practices
• Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning support
• Encourage and motivate pupils to reach their full potential

Requirements:

• GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade A*-C / 9-4) or equivalent
• A kind, patient, and compassionate approach
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Desire to make a positive difference in the community
