Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Craft Team Leader to play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, efficient delivery of electrical maintenance services across a busy manufacturing and workshop environment. About the RoleAs Craft Team Leader, you ll take responsibility for leading and coordinating internal teams and external contractors to meet daily operational targets. From planning and executing maintenance tasks to upholding compliance with health and safety procedures, you ll be instrumental in maintaining asset reliability and plant performance. You ll work closely with engineering leadership to resolve breakdowns and quality concerns, drive improvements, and ensure all work is accurately recorded via established systems and procedures.
