You''ll be responsible for managing incidents, resolving technical issues, supporting end users, and working closely with engineering teams to maintain the availability of critical systems.What you''ll be doingManaging technical support incidents, requests and changesProviding first and second-line technical supportTroubleshooting issues ranging from password resets through to server-related queriesManaging support queues and ensuring incidents are resolved within agreed timescalesEscalating complex issues to specialist engineering teamsSupporting software builds and rebuilds for desktops and laptopsDiagnosing hardware faults and carrying out hardware upgradesWorking closely with engineering, development and project teamsDelivering excellent customer service within a secure operational environmentEssential ExperienceExperience within a Service Desk, Technical Support or 1st/2nd
