Description

• Process invoices and ensure timely payment to suppliers.
• Cash allocation to match the sales processed
• Assist with bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support the preparation of financial reports for management review.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, addressing discrepancies promptly.
• Help maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes.
• Respond to finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities as required.

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

• Previous experience in an Accounting & Finance role.
• A strong understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
