My London Law Firm Client located in central London, next to St Paul''s Cathedral, is seeking to recruit an experienced PA/Assistant to support a Commercial and Residential Property Senior Consultant. His PA is retiring after 20 years, so he is seeking someone with over 15 years experience of working as a Property law PA. Hybrid working is possible after completion of 3 months probationary period. You will assist with the preparation of purchase packs for clients, purchase completions, sales packs, sales completions, replying to lender enquiries, calculating SDLT and preparation of SDLT forms and dealing with AML and file openings as well as submitting property searches for purchases etc. If you are seeking a new Property PA role in central London and are keen to hear more, please do get in touch.
