Responsibilities of the Resident Engineer: Servicing and repair of material handling equipment.Ordering of parts as efficiently as possible and ensuring all stock levels/movement records are accurate and correctEnsure all paperwork is completed accurately and within the stipulated time period and with the relevant order numbersManage own work-in-progressMaintain a safe working environment and work in a safe mannerReport any unsafe practices or potential hazards immediatelyTo maintain familiarity with policies and procedures and adhere to these. E.g. IT Policy, absence policy, etc.Attend training
