Bid Manager - Complex Engineering Projects We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to take full ownership of the tender process for major engineering projects. Acting as the primary point of contact from tender launch through to contract award, you will ensure the delivery of fully compliant, commercially competitive and professionally presented bid submissions. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the complete tender preparation process, ensuring compliance with formal gated process controlsProduce and submit approved tender documentation on time and within budgetAct as the main internal and external communication link throughout the bid life cycleEstablish and manage the risk, exclusions and assumptions register, change control process and lessons learned registerAllocate deliverables across multidisciplinary internal teams and, when required, lead 3rd-party bid contributorsDefine bid execution strategy, work breakdown structures and cash flow statementsCoordinate labour estimates, validated supplier quotations and technical commentaries with engineering, procurement and manufacturing functionsMaintain structured electronic data management and accurate database records in line with best practiceSupport process improvements and mentor junior members of the business winning teamExperience and RequirementsProven bid/tender management experience within engineering environments (mechanical and/or electrical)Strong understanding of tender planning, cost modelling, contingency p
