You will lead a KS1/KS2 SEN class of pupils with a range of additional needs, supported by experienced teaching assistants and a nurturing leadership team. Key ResponsibilitiesTake the lead in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through targeted interventions and personalised strategiesPlan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needsCarry out interventions to help pupils develop communication, social, and academic skillsWork closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to ensure holistic supportPromote both academic progress and personal development for each childContribute to the inclusive, child-centred ethos of the school If you are passionate about SEN teaching and ready to take the next step in your career, we''d love to hear from you
