RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and create seasonal menus

Managing food costs and pricing menus

Responsibility of purchasing and managing stock

Leading and training kitchen staff

Maintaining high standards of food preparation and service

Managing a clean, healthy and hygienic kitchen environment

Responsible for all aspects of running a busy kitchen.

Passion for food and service

Proactive and self motivated

Highly organised

Excellent communication skills

Basic IT skills

Minimum 3 years at senior chef level (Sous/Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef)
